Helped me pass first time with distinction. I was very nervous at the beginning of my lessons but soon came to realise that Tom is a very easy going instructor. I enjoyed my lessons with Tom due to his amusing sense of humour which made it easier to relax and focus more on the drive.

I have not long passed my test with peter, he was a really good instructor he really helped me with a lot of things and was very friendly. He always made you feel good when u were doing well but also was very honest when u werent which i liked because you need that. I started taking lessons with Tom late last year, and passed my test on Friday.  I've just got to say that it was a pleasure being taught by someone who really puts you at ease when you first get behind the wheel, and who continues to make you feel comfortable throughout. Tom is very thorough in his teaching, without being overbearing, and very patient on the days that you're struggling. He's a top bloke; professional and punctual, supportive and sympathetic, and always friendly and conversational. With Tom,I had an enjoyable time learning to drive!

12 years after initially sending away for my driving provisional, I eventually started taking driving lessons with Tom.  After a year of hard work, lots of encouragement from a fabby instuctor and many good lessons, I passed my test (2nd time around, once I learned how to deal with my nerves) but I passed with flying colours!!!! All thanks to a excellent instructor.  Faircity came reccommended to me, and I would highly reccommend them to anyone else taking their lessons for the first, second or third time around!

I have had other driving instructors but tom reassured me from the minute i got behind the wheel and that gave me the confidence i needed.It was no trouble for him to keep going over anything that i was struggling with. What can i say, the job that Andy does is amazing. By my 16th lesson he had me ready for my test, shame i forgot i needed to resit my theory from 3 years previously. Needless to say Andy got me to pass my test and i had only 4 minors. Big thanks to Andy and i know he will manage to do the same for others as he has for me.

I passed first time with Andy (his 10th first time pass in a row) and I couldn't recommend him more highly. I had previously been learning with a different driving instructor but was amazed at how fast I was able to progress with Andy. If you're at all nervous about getting behind the wheel his patience and calm explanation of things will instantly put you at ease. Go on you can do it!

Well what can I say - Tom is the best driving instructor out there. After attending four different driving schools in Perth prior to Fair City I had all but given up ever driving.  First one told me his life problems lesson after lesson, second - lets put it this way I lasted one lesson, third was so jittery and nervous he made me think I should be teaching him and the fourth wouldn't let me practice turn in the road, reverse left, roundabouts and dual carriageway as it was too dark and to wait until
lighter nights - four months away!!!!!!  Going from one school to another took in total 14 months and alot of money and I still hadn't been for a test.
Tom made me feel totally at ease and with his excellent teaching skills, which are updated often, and light hearted sense of humour resulted in me passing with only two minors.  Thanks Tom!
Also my son waited patiently until I had passed my test to start lessons with Tom as he did not want to go to any other school and he is getting on great - he feels exactly the same as me - he is actually being taught to drive with confidence.  So, if you don't want to waste your time or money then go with FAIR CITY without a doubt.

Andy is everything you want in an instructor - reliable and patient with a great sense of humour.  He put me (a nervous type) completely at ease and is very encouraging.
He explains everything so well you find yourself repeating his little 'mantras' in your head as you drive, which is exactly what you need to become a confident and skilled driver on your own.
I left it until I was in my 30's to learn to drive, and hadn't realised how much my life was on hold until I passed my test. Now I have the freedom I always wanted and I wish I'd heard about Andy sooner.  He'll be teaching my daughter to drive - can't give a much higher recommendation than entrusting my first-born to his teaching!

I'd been mucked around for ages with a prior driving school and was offered kindly a free assessment and in the short time i was with Mr. Davie he turned me into just a fraction of the complete ball of nerves and mistakes i was before. If it weren't for his teachings i wouldn't have past my driving test this week, it would have been more like next week...in 5 years time.
You receive brilliant hand-outs along with well explained practical lessons, this was particularly helpful for maneuvers and also a folder of your own progression which gives you goals to aim for, lesson to lesson, on boosting your skills. From what i've experienced, and combined with what my friends say of their own driving teachers (and sometimes seeing some driving teachers drive badly), this driving school is the best!
Learn by this school and you'll receive friendly, helpful and understandable ways to become an amazing driver.
